What is Inward Wilderness?

Inward Wilderness combines psychotherapy and counseling to help you overcome difficulties in your life. Working toward a confluence of body, mind and the natural world, you can achieve a greater sense of self and the benefits that come with it.

Founder Doug Radandt, MA, developed this uncommon approach to well-being as a result of his deep interest in embodiment, a developmental approach to our sense of self and a love for the natural world. He explains, “Through movement and play, we can develop new ways of relating to the world. This new relationship provides support for relating to our lives more completely.”

Inward Wilderness offers counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, team development and psychotherapeutic groups, as well as educational workshops.
