Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are for persons who wish to make changes in their lives through one-on-one therapy. Such sessions are ideal for those wishing to explore in depth their inner self, those who are in transition and those who seek one-on-one counseling.
Individual sessions are client-centered. Individual clients identify their needs and goals; then, using the Inward Wilderness approach, gain new capacities for meeting the challenges they face. Sessions take place both indoors and in a natural setting.
